UK Driving Skills Practice does not require an account and does not include advertising in its current version. We use Unity services for gameplay analytics and crash reporting so we can understand performance and improve the game.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Jaed Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use UK Driving Skills Practice (the "Game"). By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we process
The current version of the Game has no login or account-creation system. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment details through the Game.
However, the Unity services included in the Game may automatically process limited technical and usage information, including:
- gameplay and session events, such as when a session starts or ends;
- interactions and progress events configured by the developer;
- a randomly generated installation or device identifier;
- device type, operating system, app version, and approximate location derived from network information;
- crash logs, error reports, diagnostics, and other app-performance information.
We do not use the Game to collect precise location, contacts, photos, audio recordings, or messages.
3. How we use information
We use technical and gameplay information to:
- operate and maintain the Game;
- understand how players use features and practise driving skills;
- identify crashes, errors, and performance problems;
- improve gameplay, reliability, and the overall user experience; and
- protect the security and integrity of the Game.
4. Unity services
We use Unity Analytics and Unity Crash Reporting, provided by Unity Technologies, to provide analytics and diagnostic functions. Unity may process information on our behalf in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Advertising and purchases
The current version of the Game contains no advertising services and no in-app purchases. We do not use AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics in this version.
If subscriptions, lifetime access, advertising, account features, or other paid services are added in a future release, we will update this policy before applying the new data practices. Payments offered through Google Play are generally processed by Google Play; we will explain any additional information handled by us if and when such features are introduced.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Technical and usage information may be processed by Unity as our service provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Game.
7. Data retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to Unity's retention practices and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children's privacy
The Game is designed primarily for adults aged 18 and over who want to practise skills related to UK driving. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Driving and safety notice
The Game is a practice and entertainment tool. It does not replace professional driving instruction, the Highway Code, official DVSA materials, supervised real-world practice, or any required test. Do not use the Game while driving or in any situation where distraction could create a safety risk.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or its store listing where appropriate.
